This website is run by WeKan Operations GmbH, Gießaufgasse 25/12, 1050 Vienna, Austria (office@wekan.at). We process personal data only as described here, in line with the GDPR and the Austrian Data Protection Act (DSG).

Hosting and server logs

The site is hosted by World4You Internet Services GmbH, Linz, Austria. When you open a page, the server records technical access data (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser type, referrer) in log files for security and troubleshooting. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6 (1) f GDPR). Logs are deleted by the host according to its retention policy.

Contact form and email

If you use the contact form or write to us, we process your name, email address and message to answer your request and, if a project follows, to prepare and perform a contract (Art. 6 (1) b GDPR). The form stores nothing on the website; it sends an email to office@wekan.at. We keep correspondence as long as needed for the request and statutory retention periods. The form uses a hidden anti-spam field and a short minimum fill time; your IP address is used only to limit abuse and is not stored beyond the email itself.

No cookies, no tracking

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising services. Fonts and images are served from our own server, not from third parties.
